PlentyOfTraffic is an AI-powered video generation and social media distribution platform that allows users to:

  • Generate AI-powered UGC (User Generated Content) style videos
  • Create and manage video content using AI actors and voices
  • Connect social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) for content distribution
  • Schedule and publish video content to connected social media platforms

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Social Media Integration

The Service allows you to connect your social media accounts from third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. By connecting these accounts, you:

  • Authorize PlentyOfTraffic to access your social media accounts on your behalf
  • Grant permission to post, schedule, and manage content on your connected accounts
  • Acknowledge that you are bound by the terms of service of each connected platform
  • Accept responsibility for all content posted through our Service to your accounts
  • Can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the respective platform

We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connections. You can disconnect any social media account at any time, which will revoke our access to that account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you create, upload, or distribute through the Service
  • Ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Compliance with applicable laws and platform-specific guidelines
  • Any consequences resulting from content posted to your social media accounts

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Spread misinformation, spam, or deceptive content

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools may be subject to certain limitations and considerations:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication
  • You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content is accurate and appropriate
  • Some platforms may require disclosure of AI-generated content
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Content will be successfully posted to social media platforms
  • AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements
  • Third-party platform integrations will always be available

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLENTYOFTRAFFIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
